CO.A.T.I, located at 516 S. Tejon St., was announced today by Niebur Development, Atlas Restaurant Group and Pikes Peak Brewing Company. CO.A.T.I will anchor the Trolley District’s newly approved entertainment district and will be host to a brewery, bars, eateries and event space.
The Ute & Yeti, located inside CityROCK, has some awesome food with a great selection of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options, along with a killer beer list.
There have been some changes brewing at Phantom Canyon over the past year or so, and they’re good. I’ve been regularly popping in for lunch, happy hour, brunch, and even a beer release or two, and slowly but surely, they’ve won me back over.
It’s easy to grab the most popular brand or the cheapest product when you’re getting what you need for a night at home, but sometimes it’s worth the extra pennies or dollars to buy local. There are a lot of Colorado branded food and drinks that I use regularly.
