Brunch at Capitol Hill Mansion was fit for first class

April 7, 2015

Denver Style Magazine hosted a blogger get together called Diamonds in the Daytime and the event made me feel like I was first class! We began with a brunch at Capitol Hill Mansion and finished the morning with a tour of the Molly Brown House. Not only was the food delicious and the tour educational, but the bloggers I met were great company, too!

An easy breakfast at Over Easy

December 30, 2014

Over Easy is one of the best spots in Colorado Springs for breakfast or brunch. Their food is fresh, ingredients local and menu items are creative. Typically there’s been two hour waits, but with a second location open at University Village, the wait times have cut down a bit. Even with an hour wait, it’s worth it!
