I’ve anticipated the opening of Piglatin Cocina for MONTHS. I got a sneak preview of the new restaurant, located near Dublin and Union, and it did not disappoint.

Black Forest Chew-Chew Gastrotruck has been operating at 116 E. Boulder Street and they have a fun menu filled with a variety of tacos, noodle bowls, and finger foods. I brought a few friends to order some tacos and appetizers, and was impressed with the consistently good food.
